The Film “Harnessing Green Gold”, tells the history of Tea Gardens of Bangladesh and its continued job lineage in the workers family, which is unique in this labour intensive industry. The nimble fingers in use, to pluck two leaves and a bud reflects for almost 160 years the empowerment of womenfolk in the region.
